What are the symptoms of menstrual disorders

Common symptoms of menstrual disorders include menstrual cycles that are too short, too long, irregular or amenorrhea, excessive menstrual flow, and continuous spotting. More severe dysmenorrhea and early menstrual syndrome also fall into this category. This symptom usually does not appear alone, and is often accompanied by abnormalities in cycle time, menstrual period and menstrual volume.

1. Menstruation comes early. Early menstruation means that the normal menstrual cycle suddenly becomes shortened, shorter than 21 days, and lasts for more than 2 cycles, but the menstrual flow is normal. It belongs to the ovulatory type of functional uterine bleeding. The body temperature is biphasic during the ovulation period, the follicular phase is short, only 7-8 days, or the follicular phase is shorter than 10 days, or the body temperature rises by less than 0.5℃.

2. Delayed menstruation. Normal menstruation is regular, but menstruation is delayed by more than 7 days, or even every 40-50 days, and it lasts for more than 2 physiological cycles, but the menstrual flow is normal. For those who ovulate, the body temperature during the ovulation period is biphasic, but the follicular phase is long and the high temperature phase is slightly lower; for those who do not ovulate, the body temperature during the ovulation period is monophasic.

3. The menstrual period lasts for a long time. The menstrual cycle is normal, the menstrual volume is normal, but the menstrual period is long, lasting more than 7 days, or even 2 weeks. People with inflammation usually have lower abdominal pain, which is aggravated during menstruation. They usually have a lot of leucorrhea, which is slightly yellow or white-yellow, thick and has a smell. Those with incomplete corpus luteum contraction are also accompanied by heavy menstrual flow; those with increased uterine wall repair still have a small amount of continuous vaginal bleeding after the normal menstrual period.

4. Heavy menstrual flow. The amount of normal menstrual blood for women is generally 50-8b250l, with the heaviest bleeding on the 2nd-3rd day of the menstrual period. If the daily blood loss exceeds 8b250l, or the menstrual volume is significantly increased compared to the past, it is called heavy menstruation.
