I feel my period but it never comes

Female friends always feel some discomfort or difference in their body during the few days when their period comes. But I can’t really tell what the difference is, but I can definitely feel it, as if my period has come. Especially for women with regular menstrual periods, because their periods come at relatively fixed times, if their periods are delayed for a few days in a month, they will feel it more obviously. How is it possible that the period hasn’t come but the feeling has already occurred?

If a woman has delayed menstruation, she should first rule out amenorrhea caused by pregnancy. If she is not pregnant, it is more likely that the delayed menstruation is caused by endocrine disorders. After this kind of situation occurs, it is recommended that you go to the hospital for a B-ultrasound examination to see the thickness of the uterine wall, and then receive symptomatic treatment after diagnosis.

Premenstrual symptoms

Premenstrual headaches should be multifunctional and not related to any visceral organ disease. If you often have premenstrual headaches, you should first get checked to rule out some diseases that may cause headaches. If you usually have headaches, or if your headaches are very severe, you need to do CT or MR to eliminate the possibility of headaches caused by tumor space-occupying lesions.

The key cause of premenstrual diarrhea is spleen and kidney deficiency. Before the menarche, it is easy to have symptoms of irritability, sadness and crying, or have depression and insomnia. Experts believe that liver depression and qi stagnation are the main reasons, and some are also due to excessive worry.
