Pregnancy is one of the most critical events in a family. With the development of society, more and more young people do not pay attention to their own life rules, resulting in worsening health and even symptoms of infertility. The inability to get pregnant and have children is not enough for the family, and women will also face many problems. So, what is the reason for not being able to get pregnant?

There are several reasons why it is difficult to get pregnant

1. Amenorrhea

If you are over 18 years old and have not had your first menstruation, or if you have been amenorrhea for more than 6 months after your first menstruation, you may be infertile, and there are many cases of infertility caused by amenorrhea.

2. Menstrual disorders

It includes changes in the physiological cycle, such as early or delayed menstruation; or changes in menstrual volume, such as too little or too much menstrual volume; long menstrual duration, which is more common in patients with luteal insufficiency and endometrial inflammation.

3. Menstrual pain

Women who suffer from pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, uterine hypoplasia, uterine fibroids, abnormal position of the uterus, etc. may experience menstrual pain. Some symptoms before and after menstruation, such as premenstrual breast swelling, facial acne, menstrual headache, diarrhea, edema, fever, oral erosion, urticaria, depression or irritability, are often caused by endocrine imbalance and luteal dysfunction, which can lead to difficulty in pregnancy.

4. Anovulation

This situation is also relatively common and is one of the most serious symptoms of infertility. Patients often have irregular menstruation or even amenorrhea, which requires long-term treatment, and the treatment process is very complicated. If the patient does not have firm confidence in treatment, he will not be able to recover.

5. Abnormal leucorrhea

When there are cervicitis, adnexitis, vaginitis, endometritis, pelvic inflammatory disease and various reproductive tract infections, there will be more leucorrhea, slightly yellow, with odor, dregs of leucorrhea or watery sampling, or accompanied by vulvar itching, pain, etc. These symptoms can affect pregnancy to varying degrees.
