What methods can be used to dredge breast discomfort?

Breast health is an issue that women must pay attention to. For women, the breast not only has a creative function, but its health may also cause life threats. If female friends find breast pain, swelling, etc. in daily life, it is clear that it is a sign of menstruation, and they need to pay attention to whether there is breast obstruction. So, how to relieve breast obstruction? What are the ways to relieve breast obstruction?

A very simple way to clear milk knots

1. Baby sucks a lot

The best way is to let the baby suck the nipple more often. When the baby sucks the nipple, the breast milk will increase, and the milk swell and lumps will be sucked away quickly by the baby.

2. Massage after bathing

Shower the breasts with hot water, gently massage the breasts, and shake the breasts up and down, which is beneficial to the discharge of milk and thus beneficial to the patency of the mammary glands. The massage techniques for breast knots are as follows:

Two-bounce massage: Put your thumb and ring finger in a C shape on both sides of the nipple, use your strength to expand the diastolic pressure outwards and then squeeze towards the base of the nipple. Continue this posture, gradually speeding up the technique, and the milk will be discharged quickly.

Three-bounce massage method: Place your thumb, ring finger, and middle finger on both sides of the nipple, and use the same method with two fingers to relax the pressure and then squeeze out breast milk. Continue this for more than five minutes, eat three more times, and your breast milk will increase rapidly. You need to understand that milk is consumed, not stored, so you should massage frequently to express milk.

Push and stroke massage: The patient sits or lies on his side, fully exposing the chest. First, sprinkle some light calcium powder or apply a small amount of paraffin oil on the affected breast, and then use the palms of both hands to gently push and caress along the mammary duct from all sides of the breast to the nipple for 50 to 100 times.

Kneading massage: Use the hypothenar or thenar on the palm of your hand to apply kneading techniques to the red and swollen points. Repeat kneading and pressing the areas with lumps for several times until the lumps soften.

Massage by kneading, pinching and holding: Use the five fingers of your left hand to firmly grasp the breast of the affected limb and apply kneading techniques, grasping and releasing, and repeat the treatment 10 to 15 times. Use your right hand to gently pinch the nipple several times to expand the milk ducts in the nipple.

Oscillating massage: Use the left hand to firmly grasp the hypothenar eminence and perform high-speed oscillating massage from the breast lump along the breast base to the nipple, repeat 3 to 5 times. The actual effect is better when there is a slight feeling of wind in some parts.

Targeted massage: For those with blocked milk ducts, targeted massage is required. Use the thumb, ring finger, and index finger to massage the injured area for three minutes to drain the milk. Remember it is a set of techniques, massage and milk discharge, which are continuous. Three times a day, after the baby drinks milk.
