The success of the recipe for breaking the ovarian follicle

We know that ovulation is the easiest time to get pregnant, and the calculation of ovulation can be seen through temperature measurement and secretion changes. It can also be calculated based on the physiological cycle. So when is the best time to get pregnant after the egg is broken? Let’s take a look at the detailed introduction of this issue in the article.

The best time to get pregnant after the egg breaks

There is also a chance of pregnancy after the follicle ruptures. The ovulation period only lasts one day, and the fertilization ability within 24 hours after ovulation is the greatest. If you consider the possibility of pregnancy, you can go to the hospital for a blood test HCG test to determine whether you are pregnant. It has high accuracy and can be tested one week after sexual intercourse. The test paper test will only be accurate after 14 days of sexual intercourse between the couple, and it is best to use the morning urine test. At this stage, pay attention to rest more and relax your mood.

Follicle rupture refers to the ovulation period, which is the whole process of the egg and the surrounding cumulus particles being discharged together. Normally, the ovaries of pregnant women release a perfect egg every month. After the egg is released, it enters the fallopian tubes and can usually survive for 1-2 days, while the sperm produced by men lasts for a long time. Sperm usually remain intact in the female reproductive system for 2-3 days, and the ability to become pregnant is around 48 hours. If a woman has sexual intercourse within a certain period of time before and after ovulation, she may become pregnant. This period of time is called the "ovulation period". It is very important to grasp this stage. On the one hand, it can give couples who suffer from infertility due to missing the girl's ovulation period to a great chance of becoming pregnant.

How to get pregnant and when is it easiest to get pregnant

We should first calculate when is the ovulation period?

1. Calculate ovulation period

If your menstrual cycle is very regular, you can roughly calculate the time of ovulation and you can have sex around the time of ovulation in a planned manner. Calculate the possible date of your next menarche, and then work backwards 16 days to find your approximate ovulation date.

Here we take the 30-day menstrual cycle as an example: Day 1 (menarche) Day 15-19 (ovulation) Day 30 (the day before the next menarche)

This is the most widely known method, but many people are not very clear about it.

2. Methods for measuring body temperature during ovulation

The body temperature of a normal woman during ovulation changes regularly during the physiological cycle. Generally, ovulation occurs before the basic body temperature rises or during the process of rising from low to high. The rise in basic body temperature after ovulation indicates that ovulation has occurred. The first three days when the base temperature is at an elevated level are the "fertile period". The increase in body temperature is generally 0.3℃~0.C℃.

This method can remind you that ovulation has occurred, but it cannot predict when ovulation will occur.

3. Observation of cervical mucus

Generally, women with a normal menstrual cycle will feel a "dry period" in their private parts after menstruation, followed by a "wet period", followed by a "dry period" and the next menarche. The so-called "moisture" here refers to the moist feeling of private parts caused by cervical mucus in the vagina.

Before and after the menstrual period, the mucus is often thick and less in quantity, or even almost non-existent. In the middle and late stages of the menstrual cycle, the mucus will become thinner and more abundant. As it gets closer to ovulation, it becomes clearer and more translucent, resembling egg white, and more elastic, with the greatest degree of wire drawing and the smoothest feeling. The last day when this kind of mucus appears is called the "peak day", and ovulation will occur between 48 hours before and after. Therefore, it is easier to get pregnant if you have sex during the "humid period" before ovulation and within 3 days after the peak period.

These three methods all have their own inaccuracies, so by combining the three methods, it is estimated that on that day, you will definitely be able to conceive your baby. Before ovulation, there should be a plan to reduce the frequency of intercourse to ensure the quantity and quality of male sperm. During the ovulation period, various conditions must be taken into consideration, because after the egg is released, it generally only survives 12 to 24 hours, and the sperm in the female reproductive system generally only survives 1 to 3 days. Therefore, generally speaking, it is easy to get pregnant from 3 days before ovulation to 1 day after ovulation. It is not easy to get pregnant if you have sex too early or too late.
