Which department should I go to for breast B-ultrasound

Chest B-ultrasound can include breast B-ultrasound and B-ultrasound of superficial chest masses. These diseases belong to general surgery. You can make an appointment at the general surgery department according to your condition. The consulting doctor will determine whether a chest B-ultrasound examination is needed based on the condition. All B-ultrasound examinations must be performed in the anesthesiology department. Breast B-ultrasound diseases include breast hyperplasia, breast masses, mastitis, breast cysts, solid breast space-occupying lesions, etc. Superficial masses in the chest include sebaceous cysts, subcutaneous lipomas and other diseases.

In recent years, the prevalence of breast cancer in my country has gradually increased, and has become the second most common malignant tumor in women. Among the current methods for early diagnosis of breast cancer, ultrasonic diagnosis plays a very important role in improving the accuracy of breast cancer diagnosis.

What can breast B-ultrasound show

1The shape of the breast lump. Breast cancer lumps are often unclearly demarcated or irregularly shaped on ultrasound.

2Condition of lymph nodes in the neck and underarms. Under normal circumstances, the lymph nodes in these two locations are not swollen. If a breast lump is found and the lymph nodes in these two locations are swollen, and no other cause of the lymph node swelling can be found, it is necessary to suspect that the breast lump may be malignant and may have metastasized.

3. Thickening sound image within the mass. The thickening characteristic of breast cancer is needle-like or fine sand-like slight thickening. Due to the high pixels of B-ultrasound, it is very easy to detect the thickening inside the lump.

4. Blood condition in and around the lump. Breast cancer can produce tumor angiogenesis factors, stimulate angiogenesis, and form a rich vascular network inside and outside the tumor. B-ultrasound can detect more blood in or around the lump.

General breast examinations mainly involve ultrasound examinations at breast surgery or general surgery. Breast hyperplasia is more common in young women. If there are abnormal lumps, a comprehensive molybdenum target analysis can be performed. If it is accompanied by breast hyperplasia, the main treatment is internal Chinese medicine conditioning. Regular follow-up visits and ultrasounds are sufficient for taking Rubixiao Xiaoyao Pills, Xiaojin Pills, Xihuang Pills, etc.
