There is a big pimple on the vulva

Having a rash on the body is a strange thing and generally does not cause much attention, but if a hard pimple grows on the private part, it will not only be embarrassing, but also make you uncomfortable. I believe that many people have encountered such a situation, but are reluctant to express it. Therefore, today I will explain in detail the solution and reasons for the itchy hard bumps on the private parts.

What is the reason for the red bumps on the female genitals

1. Pseudo-condyloma

This disease is caused by common Trichomonas vaginitis and leucorrhea with irritating odor, and is called pseudocondyloma. Pseudo-condyloma is a disease characterized by velvety or caviar-like protrusions on the inner side of the labia minora, which may be light pink or slightly transparent, with relatively uniform size, no active symptoms, and no need for treatment.

2. Genital warts

There are other possibilities for small bumps on the vulva: one is genital warts caused by human papillomavirus infection. This disease is mainly caused by unclean sexual life and is a reproductive tract infection. At present, in the clinical practice of urology and venereology, it is found that the symptoms of pimples on women's vulva are almost all caused by genital warts. Therefore, women should pay attention to it and seek medical treatment in time when they find pimples on their vulva.

3. Vestibular gland cyst

Small bumps on the vulva may be vestibular gland cysts. The entrance and exit of the greater vestibular glands are located on the inner side of the labia minora, and bacteria can easily invade and cause inflammation. Generally, the bacteria first invade the epithelial cells of the Bartholin's gland ducts, causing swelling of the mucosa, or causing adhesions after the branch duct tissue is damaged, resulting in branch blockage, which prevents secretions from being discharged and causes Bartholin's gland cysts. It is often unilateral and varies in size.

Vulvar itching that women cannot ignore

1. Sexual skin allergy: It is a skin allergy manifestation produced during the sexual life of men and women. Each of them has symptoms of allergy to semen, condom allergy, and friction allergy.

2. Toxoplasmosis: Itching of the private parts and genitals, with foam-like secretions, often accompanied by a unique odor, and eczematous changes of the vulvar dermatitis after scratching. Acid-fast staining of female secretions can be used to distinguish the above samples.

3. Candidal vaginitis: itching of the private parts and vulva, redness of the private parts, dregs-like leucorrhea, strong odor, and scratching can cause eczematous changes of the vulvar dermatitis.

4. Scabies infection: When scabies occurs, the external skin lesions are the most serious, so the local itching is also the most obvious.
