What is an unexpected pregnancy?

When all women realize they are pregnant, in fact, one month has already passed since the pregnancy. To check whether they are pregnant, they can detect it through changes in the body. It is generally recommended that couples prepare for pregnancy and go to the hospital for relevant pre-pregnancy physical examinations before conceiving. If these preparations for pregnancy are not taken, it is an unplanned pregnancy, which is called an unmarried pregnancy. It may be that the timing of pregnancy is wrong, or that you are pregnant again when you don't want to be pregnant.

1. Menopause

Amenorrhea is the first and most important signal of early pregnancy. For married women with normal menstrual cycles, if the menstrual period is delayed for more than 10 days, the possibility of pregnancy should be considered. If the menstrual period is amenorrhea for more than 2 weeks, it is necessary to go to the hospital for examination.

2. Early pregnancy reaction

Most women may experience dizziness, fatigue, constant sleepiness, increased saliva secretion, poor appetite, nausea and retching after 6 weeks of pregnancy. Vomiting often occurs in the morning or on an empty stomach. Some pregnant women like acidic, alkaline and cold foods very much. The above-mentioned phenomenon is called early pregnancy reaction, which usually disappears on its own in about 12 weeks of pregnancy. For a small number of people, early pregnancy reactions are severe and last longer.

3. Increased urination frequency

After 8 weeks of pregnancy, you may experience increased urination frequency because the enlarged uterus compresses and irritates the bladder. After 12 weeks of pregnancy, the uterus exceeds the pelvis, the bladder is no longer oppressed and irritated, and the symptoms of frequent urination are relieved spontaneously.

4. Changes in the breasts

During pregnancy, under the joint stimulation of female hormones and estrogen, starting from the 8th week, the breasts gradually grow larger, the color of the nipples and nipples darkens, and there are dark red lumps around the nipples. After 12 weeks, a small amount of cold watery milk will continue to be secreted.

5. Changes in body temperature during ovulation

Women who accurately measure their body temperature during ovulation can thus understand early pregnancy. The normal ovulation body temperature of women shows a double curve, that is, it is low before ovulation and rises after ovulation. If the menstruation comes at the end of the menstrual period, the body temperature will not drop after rising and will be maintained for more than 18 days, which means that you are pregnant.
