Why is the fallopian tube blocked?

Fallopian tube obstruction is mostly caused by inflammation, and its basic cause is mostly infection, including common bacterial infection and specific pathogen infection, such as mycoplasma positive, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma hominis, Plasmodium, etc. According to the location, it is divided into bilateral proximal tubal infarction, bilateral mid-tubal infarction and distal bilateral tubal infarction. The level of blockage was divided into incomplete bilateral fallopian tube infarction and complete bilateral fallopian tube infarction.

Clinical symptoms of the disease.

Generally speaking, there are no typical symptoms, and the most common manifestation is infertility. The fallopian tubes have the important function of transporting sperm, taking in eggs, and transporting sperm and eggs to the uterus. Fallopian tube blockage prevents the movement of sperm and sperm and eggs, causing infertility or ectopic pregnancy. If the fallopian tube blockage is caused by pelvic inflammation, it may be accompanied by lower abdominal distension and pain, back pain, excessive secretions, and pain during sexual intercourse.

Treatment options.

Treatment of blocked fallopian tubes

1. Treatment with medication.

The main cause of tubal obstruction and infertility is salpingitis, so most people choose to use medicines, especially traditional Chinese medicine to regulate menstruation and promote ovulation, for treatment, with excellent results.

2. Surgical treatment.

(1) Fallopian tube hydrotubation: It can be performed 3 days after the menstrual period ends. Dissolve 160,000 t of penicillin, 2 ml of 2% procaine, 5 mg of dexamethasone, and 5 mg of α-chymotrypsin in 20 ml of saline and introduce into the uterine cavity through the fallopian tube water hose. Once every other day, stop treatment before ovulation. Sustainable treatment can last for 2 to 3 physiological cycles. This treatment method is still chosen by most designated medical institutions, but it has poor efficacy and a high false positive rate.

(2) Basic surgical treatment: bilateral salpingostomy, adhesion separation, bilateral salpingectomy, hysterectomy, etc. Basic surgical treatment causes large incisions and slow recovery.
