2. Unable to express milk. The most direct way is to squeeze your own breasts. When I was breastfeeding my baby, I still felt my breasts swollen and painful even after the baby had eaten, so I had no choice but to squeeze out the milk and store it until the baby was hungry. If I couldn't squeeze out any milk when I squeezed my breasts, it also meant that the mother's milk had been exhausted.
