Breast fibroadenoma is more common in women around 20 years old. A lump can be felt in the breast, but there is no tenderness. Swelling of the mammary ducts is often found in women around 40 years old, and some sticky fluid will be secreted from both nipples. The patient also has a burning sensation and dull pain in the nipple area. When palpated, a bent and swollen milk duct is found under the nipple.
