Does heavy moisture in pregnant women affect the fetus?

Most people with heavy moisture in their bodies are those who eat greasy food and lack exercise. These people often feel that their bodies are heavy and their limbs are weak and they are unwilling to move. However, the more they dislike exercise, the more moisture accumulates in their bodies. If this continues for a long time, the moisture in the body will inevitably attack the liver, causing a series of symptoms. Especially for pregnant women, many pregnant mothers are worried that too much moisture in the pregnant woman will affect multiple babies. So what are the main manifestations of dampness in a pregnant woman’s body?

Pregnant women often feel mentally fatigued, heavy limbs, dizzy calves when they wake up in the morning, poor appetite, cold hands and feet, etc. These are all symptoms of excessive moisture. If you notice a rash on your skin, a sticky and uncomfortable feeling on your face, and a thick white coating on your tongue when you brush your teeth in the morning, it also indicates that you have heavy moisture in your body. In addition, the hair is very oily, the face is also oily, drooling when sleeping, and the stool is relatively thick. These are all manifestations of heavy moisture in the body.

In addition to the above manifestations, pregnant women usually eat too much spicy and hot food, which will cause dampness and heat in the body and be transmitted to the fetus through the umbilical cord blood. After the birth of the newborn, it is specifically manifested in the skin. For example, the skin is very prone to skin allergies, eczema, acne, etc. Therefore, if pregnant women have too much moisture, it will have a certain impact on the fetus.

Based on the above knowledge, we can understand that moisture in the body of pregnant women has a long-term impact on the fetus. So how should we deal with excessive moisture in pregnant women? First, avoid moisture in the environment; second, remove moisture through diet; third, increase exercise appropriately; finally, ensure sleep. Too much moisture can be improved through diet therapy. Red beans and coix rice are both good dehumidifying foods. In addition, coix seed, red bean, lily, lotus seed, etc. often have the effect of removing moisture. Do not use medications without authorization as they may cause irreversible adverse effects on the fetus.
