I've been married for three months and I'm still not pregnant

If we cannot get pregnant, it may be because we have infertility. Infertility refers to the situation where we have normal sexual life and have not taken any contraceptive measures for 2 years but have not gotten pregnant. Now the incidence of infertility has increased significantly, and the number of infertility patients in the world may reach 80 to more than 100 million. The occurrence of infertility in our country may be related to abortion, late marriage and childbirth, and some reproductive tract infections. Now let me share with you why we can’t get pregnant.

1. First: fallopian tube blockage, water retention, adhesion blockage, etc. If our bilateral fallopian tubes become inflamed, water will accumulate in our bilateral fallopian tubes, and they will become blocked and adhered, which will hinder the passage of sperm and the fusion of sperm and egg, thus causing infertility in women.

2. Second: Abortion. Some women do not go to the hospital for abortion but use drugs to do it themselves. This is likely to result in incomplete abortion, causing long-term vaginal bleeding, which may last for more than a month. This will cause bacteria to reversely infect and cause endometritis and other diseases, leading to infertility.

3. Third: Endometriosis. When we have endometriosis, the normal endometrial cells in our uterus will be implanted in our pelvic organs, ovaries and other places outside the uterus. About 35% of women with endometriosis will suffer from infertility.

Frequently Asked Questions:

The most important causes of infertility are pelvic peritonitis and salpingitis. When our fallopian tubes are infected by mycoplasma, chlamydia, tuberculosis and other bacteria, our bilateral fallopian tubes will become inflamed, leading to the occurrence of infertility.
