What are the symptoms of thin uterine wall?

Many women know that thin endometrium will affect their normal pregnancy, but some women are not very clear about the symptoms of the uterine wall. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, thin endometrium can be divided into three types. The symptoms of different types of thin endometrium will also be different. Let's take a closer look:

What are the symptoms of thin endometrium?

Thin endometrium can be divided into three types: kidney deficiency type, qi and blood deficiency type, and blood stasis type:

1. Kidney deficiency type

Kidney deficiency type thin endometrium usually occurs in women who have not gotten pregnant or given birth. The specific manifestations are that girls have a late menarche, or a small amount of menstruation after the first menstruation, and secondary sexual characteristics appear later. There is also insufficient estrogen metabolism after menstruation. The most common symptoms are shorter menstrual periods and less menstrual flow. In severe cases, the menstrual flow is very small and the color is light red. In normal times, there are also symptoms such as tinnitus, dizziness, back pain, and heel pain.

2. Qi and blood deficiency type

The thin endometrium of Qi and blood deficiency type mostly occurs in women between 30 and 40 years old. It is mainly caused by gastrointestinal and appetite incompatibility. Malnutrition, improper weight loss and excessive fatigue can all lead to the appearance of thin endometrium of Qi and blood deficiency. The most common symptoms are scanty and light-colored menstruation, a short menstrual cycle that ends in a day or two, or just stops there. Symptoms include abdominal pain, dizziness, and palpitations. In severe cases, there are symptoms such as sallow complexion, pale lips and tongue, and spots.

3. Blood stasis type

The blood stasis type of thin endometrium is usually caused by the failure to discharge postpartum lochia after delivery, which then leads to adhesion of the uterine wall. At this time, it will cause poor blood circulation and result in a small amount of menstrual blood. The menstrual period will be purple and black, and there will even be blood clots. In normal times, there will often be symptoms of lower abdominal pain.
