Symptoms of transplant failure

Symptoms of transplant failure

Many female friends who have undergone embryo transplantation think that their test tube embryos are of high quality, so they will not fail. In fact, this view is wrong. Test tube embryos are not 100% successful in transplantation. There are many reasons that lead to the failure of test tube transplantation. Most women who fail to transplant will have the following 4 symptoms:

1. Abdominal pain

Symptoms of abdominal pain after embryo transfer are mainly related to uterine and ovarian incarceration and distortion. These symptoms are more common in women who have undergone multiple egg retrievals for in vitro fertilization or have ascites. These symptoms may mean that the in vitro fertilization has failed. Even if it has not failed, there is a risk of ectopic pregnancy.

2. Bleeding

Bleeding after embryo transfer usually occurs about 8 to 10 days after test tube transfer, and sometimes occurs about 20 days after test tube transfer. If it is just bleeding, it is basically a normal reaction, but if the bleeding is heavy or there is bleeding every day, it may mean that the fertilized egg has failed to implant.

3. Chest tightness and shortness of breath

Chest tightness and shortness of breath are common symptoms after embryo transfer, which are related to the injection of corpus luteum copper, decreased gastrointestinal function and excessive rest. However, this symptom will also occur if the test tube transfer is unsuccessful. If the symptom of chest tightness and shortness of breath gradually worsens, the risk of failure of test tube transfer can be considered.

4. Constipation

Constipation is also a typical symptom after unsuccessful in vitro fertilization transfer, but it is not ruled out that it is caused by diet. If female friends experience symptoms of constipation after embryo transfer, they should pay attention, as this symptom may be a manifestation of unsuccessful in vitro fertilization transfer.

It should be noted that although the above symptoms are a sign of unsuccessful in vitro fertilization, it does not mean that the in vitro fertilization has failed as long as these symptoms occur. These symptoms may also be caused by other reasons. Therefore, female friends who have these symptoms do not need to worry too much.

It is worth mentioning that even if the test tube transplantation fails, female friends should not be discouraged. In vitro fertilization is a long road. Sisters only need to understand the reasons for the failure of the test tube transplantation, and then treat it in various aspects, and finally prepare for another transplantation.
