1. Babies with Down syndrome have many obvious differences in appearance from normal babies. Generally, patients have delayed language development and poor muscle strength. In terms of appearance, the eyes are wider apart, the eyes are long and narrow, and the fingers are longer and thinner than those of normal babies.

2. Some patients have obvious symptoms, such as small external auditory canal, fat mouth that often sticks out of the mouth, more drooling, and lower head circumference than normal babies. Patients with Down syndrome have unique clinical symptoms of appearance, such as wide-set eyes, low nasal bridge, small palpebral fissures, upslanted eyes, eye bagging, small external auditory canals, fat tongue that often protrudes out of the mouth, and excessive drooling. The baby is short, with a head circumference lower than normal, short front and back diameters, and a flat back of the head. The neck is short and the skin is loose. Bone age measurement often lags behind chronological age, and tooth eruption is delayed and often shifted. The hair is soft and less.
