Special ointment for skin allergies in pregnant women

The early stages of pregnancy, especially the first three months of pregnancy, are a critical stage in the development of the baby. At this time, the body is at a critical stage of organ division and is more sensitive to therapeutic drugs. Therefore, many therapeutic drugs should be used with caution. The use of external application therapeutic drugs during pregnancy is mainly based on the penetration and absorption through the skin and mucous membranes. Compared with oral and injectable therapeutic drugs, their impact on the fetus is smaller.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) classifies the safety of therapeutic drugs into five categories: A, B, C, D, and X, based on the different levels of fetal malformation risks posed by therapeutic drugs to pregnant women. Category A drugs can be taken appropriately according to the instructions, Category B drugs can be used under the guidance of a doctor, and Category D and Category X drugs are prohibited from use. For example, for the treatment of folliculitis and impetigo caused by bacteria, you can choose neomycin ointment, ciprofloxacin cream or mupiocin. Mupiocin and erythromycin belong to Category B drugs, which are relatively safe for pregnant women and can be used appropriately according to the doctor's advice.

White spots on the skin are often called vitiligo. It is a common skin disease caused by depigmentation. If this happens, you should go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible and use hormone drug cream for treatment. However, long-term use of hormone creams can cause certain harm to the human body. Therefore, you must observe your health status in time during the medication period. If you feel uncomfortable, go to the hospital for examination in time. If the vitiligo is small and not widespread, epidermal transplantation can be performed, which will not affect the appearance. In daily life, the diet should be balanced, eat more vegetables and fresh fruits to supplement the vitamins needed by the human body. Get more sun exposure, increase physical exercise, and enhance your body's immunity.

There are many types of vitiligo symptoms. The type of each disease is different, and the external application plaster selected is also different. If it is pityriasis alba caused by simple specific physical constitution, you can choose to use weak hormones, such as hydrocortisone acetate ointment. If it is tinea versicolor caused by bacterial infection, you can choose to apply sodium cyanide miconazole cream externally, combined with miconazole clobetasol ointment. If it is simple vitiligo, you can choose to use external calcineurin inhibitors, such as 1% pimecrolimus ointment or 0.1% tacrolimus ointment. If it is vulvar atrophic leukoplakia, which usually develops in the private parts, you can choose to use strong growth hormone for treatment.
