How to give birth to a second child quickly

The length of time required for childbirth really varies from person to person, but we can also shorten the time of childbirth through some external methods, such as drinking some tea that helps the dilation of the cervix. Although it is not effective for everyone, women in the late pregnancy can also try it. In addition to drinking tea, the most helpful thing for normal delivery is exercise. Walking can help the fetus descend into the pelvis, relax the pelvic ligaments, and prepare for delivery. It can be arranged twice a day, morning and evening, each time for about 30 minutes. It is best to choose a quiet place.

What exercises can help with childbirth?

In fact, there are many exercises that can help with natural childbirth, but pregnant women should be cautious when exercising to avoid bruises and sprains that affect the fetus in the belly. The first is waist exercise. Hold the back of the chair with your hands, use your arms to exert force, stand on tiptoe, straighten your waist, and keep your lower abdomen close to the back of the chair. Then exhale slowly, relax your arms, and return your feet to their original position. Do this 5-6 times in the morning and evening. There is also pelvic exercise. Get on your hands and knees, inhale and arch your back, exhale, raise your head at the same time, and lift your upper body as high as possible. Repeat 10 times.

Due to the influence of various factors, there are great differences in the length of labor among pregnant women. This cannot be forced. It does not mean that exercising will shorten the labor process. Some women will still give birth very slowly even if they exercise as required every day, while others will give birth quickly even if they do not exercise. Everyone should look at this problem with a normal mind and let nature take its course.
