Will I have a fever when I have my period?

The human body may also have a fever before menstruation. On the one hand, it is considered to be inflammation, and on the other hand, it is considered to be premenstrual syndrome. During a woman's menstrual period, the blood circulation system of the whole body speeds up, and the blood in the pelvis rushes to overflow, causing the whole body to feel hot, but it usually does not exceed the normal temperature. If the temperature exceeds the normal temperature, it can be considered as a symptom of menstrual fever caused by gynecological inflammation (pelvic inflammatory disease, vaginitis, etc.).

Fever during menstruation is generally caused by early menstrual syndrome, whose key symptoms include: tension and anxiety, depression, anxiety, irritability, indifference, insomnia, headache, intestinal cramps, swelling of hands, feet and eyelids, breast pain, fever, etc.

The occurrence of premature menstrual syndrome is closely related to the degree of mental stress. Women who are under too much stress are prone to premature menstrual syndrome. Women who have too much mental stress and high anxiety levels are at high risk of premature menstrual syndrome. The reason why mental stress causes premature menstrual syndrome is that mental stress leads to endocrine imbalance, which triggers the symptoms.

There is currently little research in the academic community on the psychological treatment of premature menstruation. Some studies have shown that psychological guidance, self-regulation of emotions, and seeking supportive help from family members can help improve premature menstruation in women. Since female patients with premenstrual syndrome have poor adaptive coping methods, psychological counseling should be carried out during treatment, and psychotherapy can be used to help them get rid of premenstrual syndrome. The treatment goal can be achieved by cultivating good personality and taking psychotherapy as the main treatment methods. Increasing the components of problem-solving coping strategies, such as coping skills training, transcranial magnetic training, relaxation training and positive mental therapy, are very helpful for patients with early menstrual syndrome.
