Because the superficial fascia is connected to the skin, when breast cancer invades the Cooper cruciate ligament between the breasts and reduces it, it will stretch the skin and make part of the skin indented, like a dimple, which is called the "dimple sign." In addition, the immediate adhesion of the tumor to the skin may also cause this condition. The dimple sign can appear at an early stage of breast cancer and is more obvious when the affected arm moves left and right.

4. Changes in the contour of the accessory breast: When the lump is very large, the accessory breast may partially protrude and the accessory breast may enlarge.

When the tumor invades the skin or muscle, it can cause the breast to become hard. When the patient sits upright, the breast of the affected limb can be lifted.

5. Nipple discharge: If the discharge is strong and the slurry is strong, further examination is required.

6. Regional lymphadenopathy, with the most common being axillary lymph nodes in the same direction. Swollen lymph nodes in the neck are in the terminal stage.
