Many women know that the most important thing during pregnancy is to go to the hospital for prenatal check-ups on time, commonly known as prenatal check-ups. This stage must not be skipped. Prenatal check-ups can allow doctors to determine whether the baby is growing and developing healthily, whether the weight of the fetus has reached the maximum value, and whether the pregnant woman should increase or reduce her appetite. All of these can be determined through prenatal check-ups. So how much does the entire pregnancy check-up cost? How much does it cost to check the entire pregnancy? Pregnant women need to create a file every 60 days. If they want to do a comprehensive biochemical and various routine physical examinations, it will cost about 600 yuan each time, including liver function tests, kidney function tests, electrocardiograms, gynecological endocrinology, progesterone levels, blood counts, blood types, various syphilis, HIV, hepatitis C, hepatitis B, and toxoplasma antibody tests. Then, they must do a B-ultrasound in the second month of pregnancy, and do some small blood tests, including a Down syndrome screening. In the later stages of pregnancy, prenatal checkups are required every 15 days, including fetal heart rate monitoring and B-ultrasound. The estimated cost of all prenatal checkups is around 1,500 yuan. What to check during prenatal checkup 1. If pregnant mothers are confirmed to be pregnant, if they go to the hospital, they will generally recommend checking HGC and progesterone levels. These two items are the key parameters that reflect the condition of the fetus in early pregnancy. If the pregnancy is low in progesterone, a copper luteal supplement may be prescribed. Another thing is to check whether the HGC value doubles on the second day. This is a test to rule out ectopic pregnancy. If there is ectopic pregnancy, the HGC value will increase slowly. If this value doubles on the second day, it can be roughly ruled out ectopic pregnancy. 2. If there are no special circumstances, when the fetus reaches 11 to 14 weeks, there will be an NT test, which is actually a B-ultrasound. It mainly looks at the fetal nerve development. After this stage, the skin on the fetus's neck is no longer transparent and it is difficult to observe. 3. Around 16 weeks, you can do Down syndrome screening. It is highly recommended to do it in a standardized manner. If some conditions can be discovered in the fetal stage, it will reduce a lot of burden on the family and society. 4. A major fetal abnormality screening can be done around 24 weeks. This must be done. At this stage, the fetal internal organs have been fully developed, the fetal flesh is not that much, and it can be seen clearly. Many problems can be seen at this stage. Prenatal check-ups can relieve some of the burden on the family to a certain extent, because if the baby has actually developed deformities or other symptoms while in the womb, it will also cause greater pressure on the family after birth. If this situation is discovered in time during the prenatal check-up, there may still be room for rescue. If it cannot be saved, the only option is to give up the life. Therefore, prenatal check-ups must be done at the hospital on time. |
