How to treat coccidioidomycosis

Many women may not know what are the clinical manifestations of cocci infection and what adverse effects and harms it will cause to our health. But in fact, this disease infection is already serious and threatens women's reproductive health. Therefore, women need to understand the effective treatment and solutions to reduce the harm it causes to our reproductive health.

Gardnerella vaginitis, also known as Haemophilus vaginitis, was previously classified as Corynebacterium vaginitis. It is an inflammation of the vaginal mucosa caused by Gardnerella and can be transmitted through sexual intercourse. Therefore, it is classified as a sexually transmitted disease.

Please go to a regular hospital for treatment. If it is not cured, it may be contagious.

General treatment

1) Sulfonamides and tetracyclines

Prepare a suppository containing 100 mg of tetracycline and 0.5 g of sulfathiazole and insert it deep into the vagina once every night for 10 days.

2) Metronidazole

250 mg each time, 3 times a day, for 7 days. Or a large dose of 2 grams, taken orally once. Large doses may cause nausea and vomiting.

3) Ampicillin

Take 500 mg orally, 4 times a day for 7 days. For patients with systemic infection, ampicillin or chloramphenicol can be given intravenously.

4) Sexual intercourse is prohibited during treatment.

Because the male partner is often an asymptomatic carrier, with a urine culture positivity rate as high as 79.91%, both partners should be treated at the same time.

The above is the scientific treatment and solution for Cocci infection. I hope that after introducing these contents, everyone can pay attention to it. After all, this condition itself has a relatively large impact on us. If we ignore scientific treatment, it may even cause other problems.
