What should you pay attention to during pregnancy

The things to pay attention to in each stage of pregnancy are often different. Generally, the fetus is unstable in the early stages of pregnancy. First of all, sexual intercourse should be strictly prohibited, excessive exercise should be avoided, and miscarriage and other problems should be avoided. NT and four-dimensional examinations should be done in the second half of pregnancy to determine whether the fetus has congenital diseases. During pregnancy, you should also pay attention to your diet, avoid eating cold and irritating foods, and eat small and frequent meals. There is no need to smoke or drink, take medicine casually, and have regular prenatal checkups. In the late stages of pregnancy, you should learn to count fetal movements and go to the hospital on time for fetal heart monitoring. Sexual intercourse is strictly prohibited in the third month of pregnancy.

Issues that should be paid attention to during pregnancy are: first, regular prenatal check-ups are important; second, after the fourth month of pregnancy, insist on counting fetal movements by yourself (count fetal movements for 3 hours a day. If the total number of fetal movements in 3 hours is less than 10 times, or the fetal movements increase or decrease compared to before, you should pay attention to the possibility of intrauterine hypoxia of the fetus, and you need to have a prenatal check-up in time); third, eat regularly and have a balanced diet; fourth, pregnant women should insist on moderate exercise unless there are special circumstances; fifth, maintain adequate sleep and a positive attitude.

Things to note during early pregnancy: First of all, you should eat small and frequent meals, eat light and easy-to-digest foods, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and drink plenty of warm water. Do not eat greasy, fried, smoked, pickled, overly sweet, overly salty, spicy and irritating foods; do not eat hot pot, skewers, cross-bridge rice noodles and other foods; do not drink strong tea, coffee, carbonated drinks; avoid alcohol, cigarettes, harmful objects and radioactive substances. There is no need to take medicines or health products indiscriminately, and folic acid tablets should be taken appropriately. Secondly, maintain a stable mood, exercise moderately, pay attention to rest, don't be too tired, and don't do excessive exercise.

It is recommended to take folic acid tablets orally in the early stages of pregnancy until three months of pregnancy to prevent neural tube defects in the fetus. Keep the indoor air fresh, adjust clothes in time when the temperature changes, quit smoking and drinking, avoid harmful substances, enhance the body's immunity to prevent viral infection, and do not take therapeutic drugs without authorization. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and less greasy fried foods. Stand away from the TV when watching TV series, move away when the microwave is in use, and don't hang your mobile phone on your chest. Prevent fatigue, avoid emotional excitement, and go to the hospital for regular pregnancy checkups.
