Lumps on both breasts

Lumps on both breasts

Breasts are an organ that women care about very much and they usually take good care of them. However, breast problems may occur due to some reasons. Most people inadvertently touch lumps on both sides of their breasts and feel no pain. In fact, this is usually breast fibroids. Breast fibroadenoma is a mixed tumor of fibrous tissue and glandular epithelium that occurs in the mammary lobule. It is the most common type of breast tumor. Its occurrence is related to endocrine hormone imbalance, so it grows and develops very rapidly during pregnancy.

1. Process/Method:

1. The cause is that the sensitivity of lobular fibroblasts to estrogen increases abnormally, which may be related to the abnormal quantity or quality of estrogen receptors contained in fibroblasts. Estrogen is the stimulatory factor for the occurrence of this type of disease, so fibroadenomas often occur in the ovarian stage.

2. Regular breast pain before menstruation, multiple lumpy lumps in the breast, circular and hard lumps with unclear boundaries, and green or thick fluid leaking from the nipple may be cystic breast hyperplasia. In addition, hypertrophic breasts with a smooth surface may be breast lipoma.

3. For women aged 40 to 50, there is persistent red discharge from the nipple and no breast pain, but a soft, painful lump the size of a cherry can be felt around the nipple. When the lump is pressed, there will be persistent discharge from the nipple, and the lump will become smaller after the fluid is discharged and the pain will also disappear. This may be a papilloma in the milk duct.

2. Frequently asked questions:

Women of all ages should insist on breast self-examination, which should be done after the menstrual period ends every month. Women over 30 years old should go to a breast specialist for a routine physical examination once a year, and women over 40 years old should ask a professional doctor for a routine physical examination once every six months to ensure early detection and early treatment. Usually, you should get rid of bad eating habits and hobbies, and pay attention to regular food, clothing, housing and transportation.
