Generally speaking, there are many symptoms in the early stages of pregnancy, the most obvious of which is the cessation of menstruation, followed by changes in appetite, fatigue and other obvious symptoms. So, what are the most obvious signs of pregnancy one month? What foods should you eat when you are one month pregnant? Let’s take a closer look below.

What are the most obvious signs of pregnancy?

1. End of menstrual period

It is the most obvious sign of pregnancy. If a woman is of childbearing age and has normal menstruation, and has sexual intercourse for more than half a month after the normal menstrual period, she may be pregnant.

2. Easy to get tired

During early pregnancy, many women feel tired, weak, and sleepy. But this stage will not last too long and will pass quickly. So if you start to feel groggy after sex and your period is delayed, these could be signs of pregnancy.

3. Changes in appetite

Some women begin to experience a change in appetite shortly after their period ends (1-2 weeks). Some people really don't want to eat or even want to vomit, some people love to eat things with strange taste.

4. Nausea and vomiting

This is the most common discomfort in the first two months of pregnancy. About 50% of pregnant women experience varying degrees of nausea and vomiting, and 1/3 of pregnant women experience vomiting, with morning sickness being the most obvious.

5. Breast Transformation

In the early stages of pregnancy, under the combined stimulation of female hormones and estrogen, the breasts slowly grow larger, the color of the nipples and areolas darkens, and dark red lumps appear around the nipples. After 12 weeks of pregnancy, a small amount of cold water-like milk will continue to be secreted.

6. Changes in skin color

Skin pigmentation may occur in the early stages of pregnancy, which is more obvious in the late stages of pregnancy, and stretch marks may also appear in the abdominal cavity in the middle and late stages of pregnancy.

7. Frequent urination and incomplete urination

In early pregnancy, it is caused by the enlarged uterus compressing the bladder. When the uterus protrudes from the abdomen at 12 weeks of pregnancy, the symptoms will naturally subside. In the late pregnancy, because the presenting part is inserted into the pelvis, the bladder is squeezed again, and frequent urination and urgency occur again. Some pregnant women leak urine when they cough, blow their nose, or sneeze.

8. Vaginal mucosal discoloration

In early pregnancy, the vaginal mucosa may appear darker due to blood clots, which can be diagnosed by a doctor.
