32 weeks of pregnancy, fetal movement is basically non-stop

Pregnant women who are parents are very cautious during the pregnancy process. Many personal experiences, such as pregnancy reactions, and feeling the baby's fetal movement were all the first time. However, if the baby's fetal movements are too frequent, it also means that the baby may have a problem of insufficient oxygen. Many pregnant women may be curious, what is the basic reason for frequent fetal movements at 32 weeks of pregnancy? What should I do if I experience frequent fetal movements?

Fetal movement refers to the movement of the fetus in the uterus that impacts the endometrium. Normal fetal movement is a special "letter from home" from the fetus to the mother to report safety, and it is also a manifestation of the good condition of the fetus.

At 32 weeks of pregnancy, the baby is in a lively stage, and because it does not seem to be very big, there is more room for movement in the uterus, so this is the period when the baby's fetal movement is the most intense. Pregnant mothers can feel the baby's various movements such as thrashing and rolling, and can even see small hands and feet protruding from their belly. During a normal 18-20 week pregnancy, pregnant women can feel the fetal movement 3-5 times per hour. The more weeks of pregnancy, the more active the fetal movement, but the fetal movement decreases in the later stages of pregnancy. Generally, fetal movements reach their peak after 28-32 weeks of pregnancy, and gradually decrease after 38 weeks. The baby's fetal movement is more even between 8 and 12 in the morning, at least between 2 and 3 in the afternoon, then gradually increases, and reaches its maximum between 8 and 11 at night.

For pregnant mothers, what should they do if they find frequent fetal movements at 32 weeks of pregnancy? Generally speaking, in the late pregnancy, the baby has become quite big, and the fetal movements are usually more obvious and frequent after meals or late at night. Pregnant women should insist on counting the number of fetal movements three times a day from morning to night, insist on seeing a doctor on time for pregnancy check-ups, maintain a good attitude, pay attention to arranging time reasonably, and go for more walks outdoors. In addition, if the baby's fetal movements are strong and frequent, it is recommended that pregnant women go to the hospital for a physical examination to see if the amniotic fluid is normal.
