Why do I ovulate after my period?

Every time a woman has her menstrual period, it means that a perfect egg cell will appear. Many women are confused about the ovulation period after menstruation. But for some women, their menstrual periods are not cyclical and their ovulation is delayed. The key is to define it based on a person's physical condition. For women with normal menstruation, why does ovulation occur after menstruation?

1. Why does ovulation occur after menstruation?

After the menstrual period comes the ovulation period, which is a normal development stage in physiology. Some women have menstruation but cannot ovulate, which is medically called anovulatory menstruation. Without ovulation, pregnancy is naturally impossible.

The non-ovulatory period has different manifestations. The most common is irregular vaginal bleeding. In other words, the bleeding time interval, duration and amount of blood are not regular. Sometimes there may be several months between two menstrual periods, which is called infrequent menstruation; sometimes there may be bleeding every few days. Generally speaking, menstrual periods with an interval of less than 21 days are generally anovulatory. Each bleeding can last from a few days to several months; the bleeding may be as little as a few drops or as much as a large amount with a violent and drastic force. The latter often causes symptoms of anemia such as dizziness, fatigue, and so on due to excessive bleeding. Why do I not ovulate even though I have my period every month? It turns out that the eggs on the surface of the ovaries do not break apart after they mature, and the mature eggs cannot be discharged, but the ovaries can still secrete hormones. Therefore, under the action of these hormones, the uterine wall continues to change periodically, the main manifestation is regular menstruation, but no ovulation.

First of all, you should recall whether your menstrual period is normal, irregular or amenorrhea. Whether there have been chronic diseases in the past, such as tuberculosis, anemia and indigestion, whether there have been any surgeries, the state of sexual development in the past and whether there have been any occupational toxic substances, etc., in order to basically infer whether there are any diseases that may affect ovulation.

2. Ovulation bleeding

If a woman has bleeding during ovulation and it stops within two or three days, it is normal and is considered to be caused by the rupture of the follicle. However, if the bleeding is heavy and lasts for a long time, it may be caused by gynecological inflammation and you need to see a doctor for a gynecological examination.

First, the cause needs to be established. Based on the condition of secondary sexual characteristics such as body shape, body shape, hair, voice, breast development, and whether there are deformities of the neck and limbs, combined with the above memories, the cause of ovulation disorders can be basically inferred, such as short stature, incomplete development of secondary sexual characteristics, and future menstruation may be due to incomplete development of the uterus and ovaries. A large stature and underdeveloped secondary sexual characteristics may be signs of male sexual dysfunction caused by the nerve center. Increased hair growth all over the body may be due to excessive male hormone metabolism in the uterus, ovaries, or adrenaline. Milk discharge from the nipple may be due to excessive lactation growth hormone in the blood.

Many women are unwilling to accept the fact of pregnancy and are not ready to welcome the birth of a new life. Therefore, many women choose to undergo painless abortion. Painless abortion is a relatively simple surgical procedure. After the operation, you must do a good job of health care, otherwise it will affect the normal ovulation period.
