How to check endometrial blood flow

How to check endometrial blood flow

The endometrium is an important part of the uterus. Each person's physique and physical condition are different, and the endometrial blood flow will also be different. Some people may have a thicker endometrium, and the shape and blood flow may change. These characteristics of the endometrium will directly affect the pregnancy rate, embryo quality and live birth rate. If you want to understand the endometrial blood flow, you need to perform an endometrial examination. So what kind of examination should be performed?

Normal menstruation is caused by the shedding of the endometrium. Did you do an endometrial examination before the test tube? Or is it because the bleeding after the test tube embryo transfer is treated differently?

I suggest you go to the hospital for a checkup. Generally, IVF requires long-term medication to support embryo implantation. If you keep bleeding, the embryo may not be able to implant. Go to the hospital to check hcg to confirm!

Endometrial thickening refers to a disease in which the endometrium grows excessively due to inflammation, endocrine disorders, or stimulation of certain drugs. In general, you can take hemostatic drugs, such as the common Yunnan Baiyao, Gongxuening Capsules, Vitamin K, Anluoxue, Zhixuemin, and Fuxuekang Granules.

It is difficult to detect the blood flow on the endometrium through routine examinations because the endometrium is mostly composed of capillaries, which are difficult to detect. However, it is possible to determine whether the endometrium is developing normally based on the amount of menstruation and the menstrual period. Generally, the development of the endometrium is mainly regulated by hormones (especially estrogen and progesterone). Therefore, it is recommended to go to the obstetrics and gynecology department of a regular hospital for medical examination and to undergo six hormone tests if necessary. If the hormones are abnormal, it is difficult to achieve therapeutic effects by relying solely on traditional Chinese medicine.

The causes of thin endometrium are divided into systemic factors and local factors. Systemic factors include endocrine disorders, such as low estrogen levels, insufficient progesterone, ovulation disorders and growth hormone deficiency; local factors are mainly endometrial damage, adhesion and absence.

Blood flow can be detected in the endometrium, which is meaningless. There is no judgment value in your current symptoms.

You just need to ask your doctor directly about your current condition. This thing called endometrial probing and blood flow is not a description given by clinical doctors. It is mostly written by the examining doctor or on your color ultrasound results.

The degree of blood flow is usually divided into four levels:

Grade 0 means no blood flow signal is seen in the mass;

Grade 1 means a small amount of blood flow, with 1 to 2 dot-like blood flow signals seen in the mass;

Grade 2 means moderate blood flow, with 3 to 4 dot-like blood flow signals or a blood vessel with clear wall in the mass;

Level 3 means abundant blood flow, with more than 4 blood flow dots or 2 blood vessels with clear walls seen in the mass.

Generally speaking, malignant tumors have richer blood supply than benign tumors, the former mostly have level 2 to 3 blood flow, and the latter mostly have level 0 to 1 blood flow. Among tumors, 86.96% of the malignant group had grade 2-3 blood flow, and 91.3% of the benign group had grade 0-1 blood flow.
