However, some women have severe premenstrual symptoms that affect their work, life, and lifestyle, which is called early menstrual syndrome.

5. Premenstrual syndrome usually appears 7 to 14 days before menarche, is at its peak 2 to 3 days before menstruation, and disappears or is significantly relieved after menstruation. Discomfort is present in all aspects and varies from person to person. Some women have very obvious edema, some have more pronounced breast pain, and some mainly have psychiatric symptoms.

6. The main symptoms are mental illness, with general nervousness, irritability, general fatigue, and sometimes headaches, insomnia, and lack of concentration.

7. Physical symptoms are dominant, with common edema of the hands, feet and face, abdominal bloating, bloating in some people, and most girls also have constipation, lower abdominal pain and breast pain, etc.
