Bleeding throughout pregnancy

Bleeding throughout pregnancy

In the early stages of pregnancy, since the embryo has not yet fully developed, miscarriage or fetal arrest is very likely to occur at this time. What expectant mothers are more worried about is abdominal pain or bleeding. However, there are many expectant mothers who experience bleeding in the early stages of pregnancy, and many people have experienced this before. In medicine, it is called threatened abortion, and in traditional Chinese medicine, it is called miscarriage. So when does miscarriage occur? If miscarriage occurs, does bleeding occur throughout the pregnancy?

Miscarriage mainly occurs in the first three months of pregnancy. Some women will have vaginal bleeding or the discharge turns dark brown, and it is often intermittent. This is called threatened abortion in medicine. Most of them are caused by insufficient hormones in the human body, in other words, poor physical fitness. If this happens, you can first go to the hospital for a blood test to measure the progesterone and estrogen levels. If the progesterone level is relatively low, it is easy to bleed. But now it can be improved by artificial injection of corpus progesterone copper. Basically, the bleeding condition will be significantly improved after injection or oral administration.

In addition, if you have a miscarriage, you can go to the hospital for an ultrasound. Some people have a miscarriage caused by uterine blood accumulation, not a true miscarriage. For example, if there is blood accumulation in the uterus, as the pregnancy weeks increase, the fetus moves more and the accumulated blood will be discharged from the vagina. At this time, you should pay attention to bed rest, and take some pregnancy-protecting drugs. As long as you check that the snow inside does not increase, it will be fine.

So miscarriage is a term in traditional Chinese medicine. In modern Western medicine, it is widely called threatened abortion. Most of them are caused by insufficient growth hormone or poor physical fitness. You can take progesterone orally or inject it to stabilize the fetus. In addition, in the first three months of pregnancy, you should pay attention to getting more rest, not doing any physical work, and not overworking, because the growth and development of the fetus is not very stable at this time, and this situation will gradually improve after the embryo heals after ten weeks of pregnancy.
