Avoid eating some irritating foods, such as onions, ginger, garlic, strong tea, coffee, alcohol and other foods that may cause eczema, such as fish, shrimp and other seafood. Generally, patients with eczema should eat mainly vegetarian meals, which are easy to digest and absorb, do not hinder the stomach and intestines, and have smooth bowel movements day and night. They should avoid spicy food, fishy seafood, milk, eggs and other foods. Some common health-preserving medicinal foods that can strengthen the spleen and remove dampness, such as winter melon and lotus seed soup, mung bean and red bean soup, have a good preventive effect on eczema. River products such as lotus seeds, lotus roots, lotus leaves, and lingjiao are also good for the skin. |
