1. Most female friends also have more or less back pain during menstruation. Most of these conditions are caused by weak constitution, insufficient kidney essence or accumulation of cold air. Some more severe cases will continue to feel that the waist is tight and painful as if tied with a rope, but in the middle and late stages the pain will gradually ease. Secondly, if a woman has lumbar disc herniation, lumbar stenosis or lumbar spondylolisthesis, she may also experience low back pain secondary to menstruation, so it is also called secondary economic pain. This condition is mainly due to low back pain caused by the disease.

2. Low back pain during menstruation can be divided into primary menstrual pain and secondary menstrual pain. Primary menstrual low back pain is common in adolescent girls who are experiencing menarche. This condition is mainly caused by an imbalance of hormones in the girl's body during menarche, which leads to low back pain. This condition belongs to primary menstrual pain. This kind of situation is usually not easy to find organic diseases through examination. Secondary menstrual pain is mainly caused by abnormalities of the uterine wall, pelvic inflammatory disease, pelvic tumors, pelvic urinary disease, and low back pain caused by irritation after IUD insertion.

3. For menstrual back pain, you can use hot compress to treat it. Lie flat on the bed first, then soak a towel in boiling water, as long as it is waterproof, then place the wet towel on the painful area of ​​the waist, or on the sacrum slightly below, and finally put a hand warmer on it, apply heat for about 10 minutes, and then apply heat on both sides of the waist for 10 minutes each.
