2. Massage the lower abdomen. Fold the palm of your right hand on top of your left hand, then place your left palm on your lower abdomen. Apply moderate force and massage in a circular motion in clockwise and counterclockwise directions for 1-3 minutes until the skin becomes warm.

3. Rub the area around the navel. Fold your left palm over your left hand, place your left palm under the navel, and rub the abdomen around the navel in a clockwise direction for 1-3 minutes with moderate force until the abdomen feels warm.

4. Rub and press the Guanyuan point. Half-clench your left fist, straighten your thumb, place the ball of your thumb on the Guanyuan point, and rub with moderate force for 0.5-1 minute.

5. Rub the lumbar sacral area. Place your palms on both sides of the lumbar sacral area, and rub the lumbar sacral area vigorously from top to bottom for 0.5-1 minute until the waist feels warm.

6. Rub the Shenshu point. Put your hands on your waist, press your thumbs on the Shenshu point in the same direction, and place the other four fingers on your waist. Rub with moderate force for 0.5-1 minute.

7. Press and rub the Zusanli point. Overlap the ring finger and middle thumb of one hand, place the tip of the middle finger on the Zusanli point in the same direction, and press and rub with moderate force for 0.5-1 minute. The lower limbs develop alternately.
