Signs of good early fetal development

Signs of good early fetal development

Every pregnant mother wants the baby to grow and develop normally, so in the early stages of pregnancy, she will immediately pay a lot of attention and learn what to eat and what not to eat. Only when the fetus grows and develops normally can the pregnant mother rest assured that the baby is healthy. So how do you know in the early stages of pregnancy that your baby is developing normally? What are the main signs that your baby is developing well in the early stages?

The symptoms of pregnancy may not be the same for everyone. 3-8 weeks is the critical period for the development of the baby. You should pay attention to avoid taking medicines, avoiding radiation, etc., so as to ensure the birth of a healthy baby. Under normal circumstances, B-ultrasound examination is normal. In the early stages of pregnancy, if there is no bleeding or abdominal pain, you can check the B-ultrasound combined with blood HCG and progesterone levels to see if the growth and development is normal.

If you don't feel any discomfort, I suggest you don't worry, it's okay, eat less, have a good rest, and then check the child's growth and development in detail in April or May.

After 6 months of pregnancy, you can hear the baby's heartbeat in the abdomen, like the ticking of a clock. Normally it is 120-160 beats per minute. During the pregnancy check, the doctor will first determine the position of the fetal heart rate, and then the pregnant father or other relatives will directly check at home by placing their ears on the pregnant woman's abdomen, or using wooden headphones, once or several times a day.

The weight of pregnant women can also indirectly reflect the development of the fetus. Generally, it can be accurately measured once a week. In the second half of pregnancy (after 2 weeks), the fetus grows rapidly and the weight of the pregnant woman increases by about 500 grams per week. If the weight does not increase for a few weeks, it means that the fetus is growing slowly; if the weight is increased too quickly, the pregnant woman may have edema, or the body may quickly become obese due to overeating. If you find that your weight has not increased or has increased too quickly, you should find and identify the reasons and take effective measures.
