1. Chestnut chicken nuggets. Wash the black pepper chicken, slice it, marinate it with a little light soy sauce and rice wine for 10 minutes, pour it into the 70% cooked oil, fry it until it turns orange, remove it from the oil and drain it, and fry the chestnuts in the pan as well. Finally, stir-fry the scallions and garlic until fragrant, then pour in the black pepper chicken, rice wine, light soy sauce, salt, etc., add water and simmer until 70% done, then add the chestnuts and continue simmering. This home-cooked dish is rich in protein, fat, carbohydrates and vitamins, which can replenish the nutrients lost after childbirth. Chestnuts can strengthen the spleen and stomach, nourish the kidneys, strengthen yang, strengthen tendons and bones. Chicken and chestnuts are a good match. They can also promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, clear postpartum lochia and restore the uterus.

2. Ginseng, Astragalus and old hen soup. Remove the internal organs of the firewood chicken, marinate it with rice wine, put Codonopsis pilosula, Scutellaria baicalensis, Chinese yam and red dates around the chicken, steam it in water, and take it in several doses. It has the actual effect of replenishing qi and blood, and is also suitable for regulating the uterus.

3. Red dates and black fungus soup. Use warm water to soak and wash the fungus and red dates, add appropriate amount of sugar and rock sugar, put it in a pot and steam for 1 hour. Once a day, eat the broth. This has the function of replenishing qi and blood, and is helpful for anemia and uterine maintenance after abortion.

4. Boil eggs with motherwort. Raw materials: 30-60 grams of motherwort (available in pharmacies), 2 eggs, and appropriate amount of brown sugar. The method is to add water and cook together. After the eggs are cooked, remove the eggshells and continue cooking for a while. Remove the medicinal residue, add old brown sugar seasoning, and eat the eggs with porridge. Take 1 dose per day for 5-6 days.
