As we all know, regular blood donation can enhance bone marrow hematopoiesis, reduce blood viscosity, prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and reduce the incidence of cancer in men. What should you pay attention to after donating blood?

Do not smoke or drink within 30 minutes. 4. Do not lift or hold objects with the arm used to draw blood within 24 hours. 5. The activity should be appropriate. On the day of blood donation, you do not need to work at high altitudes, perform high-temperature operations, drive a car, or participate in sports competitions. 6. Get enough rest and don’t stay up late. 7. Maintain a normal diet, do not eat too much, and avoid overeating or drinking to avoid affecting the stomach. 8.
