Where is a woman's heart?

The heart is composed of four chambers: the left atrium, left atrium, right atrium, and right ventricle. The inner cavity of the left atrium is thicker. These four chambers are the necessary pathways for systemic circulation and pulmonary circulation. So, where is the female heart? Let's have a simple understanding of this issue. I hope the following points will be helpful to everyone!

Where is a woman's heart? The heart is located in the same place in men and women. Location of the heart:

The heart is located in the chest cavity, between the two lungs above the diaphragm, about two-thirds to the left of the midline. The heart is like an upside-down, slightly flattened cone from front to back and from left to right, like a peach. The obtuse round house of the atrium faces the lower left front and is adjacent to the chest wall. Its epidermis is projected 0.5-1.0 cm inside the midclavicular line of the fifth intercostal space of the left chest wall, so the apex beat can be seen or touched here. The center is relatively wide, with large blood vessels entering and exiting it. The housing faces the upper right posterior side, close to the esophagus and other posterior mediastinal organs.

The main function of the heart is to provide power for blood circulation and transport blood to every part of the human body. The human heart is located in the lower left corner of the center of the chest cavity. Its volume is approximately equal to the size of a fist and its net weight is about 250 grams. Women's hearts are generally smaller and lighter than men's. The human heart is shaped like a peach and is located in the diaphragm, between the two lungs and to the left.

The upper and lower ventricles and the upper and lower atria are separated by a septum, so they are interconnected. There is a heart valve (atrioventricular valve) between the ventricles and atria, which allows blood to flow from the ventricles into the atria and not flow back.

The function of the heart is to promote blood flow, provide sufficient blood volume to the organs and tissues of the human body to supply oxygen and various nutrients, and carry away the end products of metabolism (such as carbon dioxide, carbonate, urea and uric acid), so that cells can maintain normal metabolism and function.
