If you don't have your period during breastfeeding, you will age faster

The breastfeeding period is the period when women exclusively breastfeed their children after giving birth. Because exclusive breastfeeding is of great help to the resistance and immunity of children, many women choose to exclusively breastfeed after giving birth. So, will menstruation during breastfeeding make you age faster?

Does having your period during breastfeeding make you age faster?

Normal women can have their periods during breastfeeding, and the timing of their periods during breastfeeding is different for each person. Generally speaking, the time of menstruation during breastfeeding is about 6-8 months after giving birth. However, due to differences in everyone's physical fitness, the timing of menstruation is different. Some breastfeeding women may have their period two months after giving birth. This has nothing to do with how fast or slow you age. There is no need to worry that having your period during breastfeeding will cause your brain to degenerate faster. This is not scientifically proven.

So generally speaking, as long as you are breastfeeding, take good contraceptive measures, and have normal periods, there will be no special abnormalities. During the menstrual period, sexual intercourse is strictly prohibited. Pay attention to rest, don't be tired, and eat a light diet.

Having your period during breastfeeding does not mean you will age quickly. An early period means that the body is well repaired and every function is restored as quickly as possible. Some pregnant women have their period as scheduled shortly after their child is one month old or after the lochia has just stopped. Of course, this can happen when a pregnant woman is not breastfeeding and her body is growing steadily in all aspects. If you insist on breastfeeding after giving birth, your menstruation will generally not come so early. Pregnant women who insist on breastfeeding generally have their menstruation one year later. This is because during lactation, the anterior pituitary gland of pregnant women needs to secrete a large amount of prolactin to promote the secretion of glandular milk. Therefore, the function of the pituitary gland to secrete estrogen is relatively restricted, and the development of the uterus is restricted.
