1. Rotator cuff injury

Almost accounting for more than half of all patients with shoulder and back pain, rotator cuff injury is due to shoulder dislocation, bone spurs, degeneration or trauma-induced shoulder muscle tissue, especially acute and chronic changes in the muscles on the shoulder, manifested as fatigue, localized pain, and the range of shoulder movement is basically normal.

2. Periarthritis of shoulder

As a common orthopedic disease, frozen shoulder is a severe aseptic inflammation caused by damage to the surrounding soft tissues of shoulder dislocation. It is associated with shoulder immobility and muscle stiffness. It is more common in people around 50 years old, so it is also known as "fifty shoulders".

Its specific manifestations are pain in the entire shoulder range, the pain area is large, and it is impossible to emphasize the specific pain location. The shoulder joint is dislocated and the movement of the arm in every direction is restricted. The clinical prevalence of frozen shoulder is not high, accounting for only 10% to 15% of shoulder and back pain. Frozen shoulder is generally not prone to recurrence after recovery.
