The most effective method of natural abortion

It refers to women who have had three or more consecutive miscarriages. In recent years, it is common to replace habitual miscarriage with spontaneous abortion twice or more. Most habitual miscarriages occur in the early stages of pregnancy, and very few occur in the late stages of pregnancy.

1. Threatened abortion: It refers to a small amount of vaginal bleeding before 28 weeks of pregnancy, often with dark red or bloody leucorrhea, and no pregnancy product is discharged. This is followed by intermittent lower abdominal pain or back pain. Gynecological examination showed that the cervix was not dilated, the membranes were not ruptured, and the size of the uterus was consistent with the number of weeks of pregnancy. The symptoms may subside after rest and treatment, and pregnancy can continue, but if vaginal bleeding increases or lower abdominal pain worsens, miscarriage may be inevitable.

2. Inevitable miscarriage: Inevitable miscarriage means miscarriage is difficult to avoid. It is usually caused by the development of threatened abortion, but with heavy vaginal bleeding, more severe paroxysmal abdominal pain, or vaginal discharge (rupture of membranes). Gynecological examination shows that the cervix is dilated, and sometimes test tube embryo tissue or fetal sac can be seen blocking the inside of the cervical opening. The size of the uterus is basically consistent with the number of weeks of amenorrhea or slightly smaller.

3. Incomplete miscarriage: It is an inevitable development of miscarriage, which often occurs in the late pregnancy (after 10 weeks), when the embryo has developed or has already formed. During miscarriage, the fetus and part of the embryo are expelled, and all or part of the embryo is still attached to the inner wall of the uterus. The uterus cannot contract well, resulting in heavy bleeding in the vagina and even shock. Gynecological examination revealed that the cervix had already dilated, there was pregnancy material blocking the cervix and continuous blood discharge, and the uterus was lower than the number of weeks of amenorrhea.

4. Complete miscarriage: Complete miscarriage means that all the pregnancy products have been discharged, vaginal bleeding is small and gradually stops, abdominal pain subsides, and during gynecological examination, the cervix has been closed and the uterus is close to its normal size.

5. Missed abortion: Missed abortion is also known as premature abortion. It refers to the fact that the test tube embryo or fetus has died and remains in the uterine cavity and cannot be discharged immediately and naturally. The main manifestations are the disappearance of early pregnancy reactions, symptoms of threatened abortion or no symptoms, and the uterus no longer expands but becomes smaller. If you have reached the second trimester of pregnancy, you will find that the mother's abdomen has not expanded and the baby's fetal movements have subsided. Gynecological examination showed that the cervix was not dilated and the uterus was smaller than the number of weeks after menopause.

6. Abortion complicated with infection: During the abortion process, if vaginal bleeding lasts for a long time, tissue remains in the uterine cavity or abortion is performed illegally, intrauterine infection may occur, mostly mixed infection with Pseudomonas aeruginosa and aerobic bacteria. Severe infection can spread to the pelvis, abdomen and even the whole body, with high complications of pelvic inflammatory disease, peritonitis, sepsis and septic shock.
