2. Fluid discharge from the vagina. The vaginal discharge increases, and is milky white or thick, thinner like water or millet soup, with a fishy odor. In the late stage, due to the rupture of cancerous tissue, tissue necrosis, secondary infection, etc., a lot of pus-like or millet soup-like foul-smelling vaginal secretions are discharged.

3. Symptoms of terminal cancer. Secondary symptoms may occur depending on the disease spectrum. When the disease spreads to the pelvic connective tissue, pelvic wall, compressed urethra or duodenum, and lumbar vertebrae compress the nerves, frequent urination, urgency, inability to hold urine, anal prolapse, constipation, anal prolapse, swelling and pain in the lower limbs, etc. In more serious cases, it can cause urethral obstruction, hydronephrosis, and ultimately lead to uremia. In the later stages of the disease, patients may experience weight loss, anemia, fever and general decline.
