At what age do women usually reach menopause?

Women generally go through menopause around the age of 45-50, but there are individual differences. Due to differences in physical fitness, diet and daily medical care, the age of menopause is also different. Some women begin to enter menopause in their 40s, but some women continue to menstruate into their 50s. If middle-aged women suffer from ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and other diseases, the uterus and ovaries or part of the uterus and ovaries will be removed during surgery, which may also lead to early menopause.

Premenopausal symptom 1: mood swings and irritability

For women who are about to go through menopause, the biggest characteristic that can be seen immediately is that their temper has increased and they are prone to getting angry, so much so that they are called "the roar of a lion"! At this moment, the mood of female friends fluctuates greatly. They usually cannot control themselves well and may yell at the people around them for a small thing. Other symptoms include irritability, irritability, insomnia, lack of concentration, talking too much, crying loudly, etc.

Premenopausal symptom 2: Menstrual cycle disruption

The menstrual cycle interval increases, from the original normal one menstruation per month to one menstruation every 2 to 3 months or longer, and then the interval between menstruation gradually increases to once every 3 to 4 months or half a year, and finally stops completely. There is also a small number of women who initially experience a decrease in their menstrual cycle.

Premenopausal symptom 3: Facial flushing and fever

At this stage, it will flow to the entire face from bottom to top, and the face will experience capillary dilation, redness and sweating all over the body. It may also be accompanied by dizziness, and the degree of redness is not the same for everyone. Some people have redness on their face and neck, but it can also be very common and serious. Once it happens, don't panic, just deal with it rationally.

Premenopausal symptom 4: Osteoporosis

This also has to do with a substance - estrogen, which is the primary condition for maintaining healthy physical and mental bones and can accelerate the digestion and absorption of calcium. When a woman is about to reach menopause, her ovaries decline, the body's estrogen levels drop sharply, and muscle mass gradually drains away, leading to osteoporosis.
