Tips for taking care of your baby at night during the confinement period

After giving birth to a baby, girls will face a huge challenge in taking care of the baby. We have to admit that raising a child is very difficult, and it is a whole process that we must experience personally. Breastfeed exclusively whenever possible. Many people think that cow's milk is more nutritious than breast milk, but the nutrients contained in breast milk are what babies need most, and are easiest for the baby's stomach to digest and absorb.

Don't dress the baby too much. The amount of clothes the baby wears can be similar to that of mom and dad, or even a little less, as the child has excessive internal heat. In the first six months, babies have antigens obtained from their mothers and are generally not prone to illness. On the contrary, overheating will be bad for them. Especially when it's hot, eczema is more likely to flare up.

If the baby cries, pick him up and comfort him immediately. If your baby is picked up immediately when he cries, he will feel loved and safe. The baby's respiratory tract has not yet developed well, and when crying, the breathing is relatively strong and painful. If the baby is held, he will feel very comfortable, and his breathing will become smoother and more stable, which is helpful for the baby to develop a correct breathing method.

What should you pay attention to when taking care of your baby?

First, don't forbid your child to run around in the room or confine him to lying in bed or in the car because you are afraid of danger, trouble, or worrying about your child getting his clothes dirty. You must understand that a child can learn to walk quickly only if he crawls well, and crawling is a way for a child to explore things. When a child learns to crawl, his scope of activities will be expanded, which will also be able to stimulate the child's desire to learn. When children learn to crawl in the house, accidents will be less likely to happen if the elderly pay close attention and take good care of them.

Second, some elderly people always like to hold their children in their arms and don’t allow them to touch anything, as they always feel that the children are still young and are afraid of getting hurt. In fact, no matter how old a person is, they are all children in the hearts of the elderly. The elderly should let the children touch nature as much as possible and let them feel the happiness of nature. Children should also be allowed to play more outdoor games, at least 1 hour a day.

Third, in daily life, the elderly can entrust some meaningful things to the children to do, and don’t let you do everything for them. This will only spoil the children and they will not be able to be independent. If the child does not want to help with the work, we can find ways to guide him to do it. He will develop the habit of loving hands-on skills from an early age, and the elderly should be bold enough to let them do it.
