Can I still suffer from infertility after giving birth?

Having a child is a very important matter. Modern people are very cautious about the issue of fertility. They will only consider having a child when everything is ready. However, due to the impact of changes in modern people's lifestyles on their physical health, more and more people are suffering from infertility. Most infertility is a problem of female physical development, and some women will become infertile at a specific stage. For example, will they still suffer from infertility after giving birth to a child?

After giving birth, adhesions, blockages, etc. are likely to occur, which will lead to infertility. If a couple is trying to conceive again, they can be diagnosed as infertile if they have normal sexual intercourse for one year without getting pregnant. In normal times, you should reduce intrauterine operations, pay attention to personal hygiene, and take contraceptive measures when you do not want to get pregnant. Medical abortion, surgical abortion, etc. will increase the chance of adhesion and affect pregnancy again.

Considering the possibility of having children, infertility cannot be ruled out. The inability to conceive after six months of normal sexual intercourse is considered infertility. There are many reasons for normal infertility, such as fallopian tube obstruction, gynecological inflammation, follicular hypoplasia, etc., which can lead to infertility. Fallopian tube obstruction is mainly caused by inflammation spreading upward through the endometrium, first causing inflammatory changes in the fallopian tube mucosa, degeneration or shedding of the fallopian tube epithelium, leading to adhesion of the fallopian tube mucosa, and then closure of the fallopian tube lumen or fimbria. It is one of the important causes of infertility. If you plan to have a second child, you can do a prenatal check-up before pregnancy, such as B-ultrasound and gynecological routine examination.

According to clinical research, about one-third of infertile women have a history of spontaneous abortion or induced abortion. The incidence of infertility and amenorrhea after spontaneous abortion is 3-4 times higher than that of induced abortion. The reason is inflammatory blockage of the fallopian tube caused by infection after abortion, or the backflow of blood in the uterine cavity into the fallopian tube during abortion, causing non-inflammatory hematoma and organized blockage of the fallopian tube, affecting conception.
