My underwear is a little yellow every day

The yellow color of the crotch of underwear is generally caused by yellow leucorrhea. Of course, contamination from urine and feces is also a reason. There are four main reasons:

Yellow vaginal discharge

Normal secretions (also known as leucorrhea) should be transparent in color. Yellow leucorrhea is mainly caused by various vaginitis. For example, the leucorrhea caused by Trichomonas vaginitis is gray-yellow, dirty, foamy, and smelly. Sometimes it is a milky white or yellow-white thin liquid, and sometimes it is yellow-green purulent foamy leucorrhea.

In addition, after menopause, women's vaginal mucosa becomes thinner and secretions increase due to the decrease in estrogen levels. Among them, yellow watery vaginal discharge can make underwear yellow. If the gynecological anti-cancer scraping is normal and there is no obvious discomfort, no treatment is required.

Urine contamination

Women should wipe their private parts with tissues after urinating, otherwise urine contamination may cause the crotch of their underwear to turn yellow. In addition, the weakening of pelvic support tissue after menopause and unstable bladder function can lead to urinary incontinence.

Menstrual blood contamination

Most women will accidentally get menstrual blood on their crotch during menstruation. Once it gets on the underwear, it is not easy to wash off and there will always be a yellow stain left on the underwear.

Increased blood bilirubin

When the blood bilirubin in the human body increases, it can cause the yellow pigment content in secretions and sweat to increase, leaving yellow marks on underwear.

Bacterial oxidation

There are a lot of lactic acid bacteria in the secretions, which will turn yellow and produce an odor when oxidized. This is not a problem.

But if you feel uncomfortable, you can bleach it or replace it.
