How long after eating spicy noodles can I breastfeed?

As a common snack in life, spicy strips are actually quite popular among many friends because they are rich and delicious in taste. If you eat spicy strips during breastfeeding, it may have a certain impact on the health of your child, so it is recommended that breastfeeding friends try not to eat them. If you have eaten them, you can drink more water to promote excretion.

It is not recommended to eat spicy strips during breastfeeding, because the mother will pass the heat of the mother to the baby through breast milk, and the spicy strips purchased also contain chemical additives such as preservatives, which will affect the quality of breast milk. There are many unhealthy ingredients in spicy strips. If mothers eat spicy strips during breastfeeding, it will cause certain harm to the growth and health of their children, because the chemical substances in the spicy strips will be absorbed by the child through breast milk, affecting the child's physical development and even lowering the child's IQ. For mothers who have already eaten, just drink more water to promote excretion and prevent getting angry.

What foods should not be eaten during breastfeeding ?

1. Garlic

Eating garlic can cause your breast milk to have a garlic flavor, and if your baby tastes this, he may grimace. In Italy, people eat garlic the most, but mothers generally do not eat garlic in the first few months of breastfeeding.

2. Wine

It is recommended not to drink alcohol during breastfeeding. According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, drinking alcohol while breastfeeding may cause symptoms such as drowsiness, deep sleep, fatigue, abnormal weight gain, and may also reduce milk secretion.

3. Coffee

Coffee can excite the human central nervous system. If you drink coffee (soda or tea), the caffeine passes into your breast milk. Because babies cannot break down and excrete caffeine as quickly as adults, the caffeine content in their bodies is too high, causing irritability, anger, insomnia and other conditions.

4. Citrus Fruits

Citrus fruits and juices contain substances that can irritate the digestive tract. If the mother eats too much, it may cause the baby to be irritable, vomit, or even have a rash. If you want to supplement vitamin C, you can eat some other fruits rich in vitamin C, such as papaya, mango, etc.

Breastfeeding is the best time for babies to absorb nutrients. All the nutrients absorbed by the mother will be delivered to the baby without reservation to increase the baby's physical development. You cannot eat anything during breastfeeding, especially you must be careful about foods that will reduce milk supply. Otherwise, as the baby grows up, the milk supply will be insufficient, which will eventually lead to developmental abnormalities in the baby.
