I cried during hysterosalpingography

The uterus is a very important reproductive organ for women because life is conceived in the uterus. It can be said that the uterus is the cradle of life. The health of the uterus is very easy to be damaged, which has a great impact on women's lives. Therefore, many women will regularly perform a series of examinations on the uterus. For example, hysterosalpingography is one of the commonly used methods. However, what should you do if you cry in pain during hysterosalpingography?

Hysterosalpingography is a method of examining whether the fallopian tubes are unobstructed by developing images. Hysterosalpingography will cause certain damage to your body, and it will cause abdominal pain and bleeding. If it is already the 5th day and you still have abdominal pain, first consider whether it is caused by uterine infection or cold. You should massage your abdomen clockwise to warm it up.

Considering that the fallopian tubes are blocked or infected with inflammation, contrast examination is one of the effective methods for diagnosing various gynecological diseases. Under X-ray fluoroscopy, contrast agent is injected through the cervix to observe the development of the contrast agent in the uterus and fallopian tubes, the diffusion distribution of the contrast agent in the pelvic cavity, and the morphology and function of the uterus, fallopian tubes and pelvic cavity are analyzed. A small amount of vaginal bleeding within one week after the angiography examination is normal if there is no other discomfort. If the amount of bleeding is more than the menstrual volume or if there are other discomforts, you should seek medical attention for a follow-up examination in time. It is recommended to go to a specialist hospital for examination and treatment and not to delay the disease.

The time for angiography should be between 3 days after the end of menstruation and before ovulation, that is, between the 7th and 4th day of the menstrual cycle. If you want to understand the condition of the internal cervical os, you should have angiography after ovulation. Avoid sexual intercourse and deep baths 3 days before and 2 weeks after the angiography to prevent infection. Go to the hospital first and let the doctor check it out to see if it is necessary. If you have had multiple miscarriages, you should have a thorough and comprehensive examination.
