How to relieve dizziness during early pregnancy

We all know that if you feel unwell during pregnancy, you need to be very cautious when using medication. There may even be some discomfort, but pregnant mothers can only endure it. In the early stages of pregnancy, pregnant mothers may experience mild discomfort due to changes in hormones in their bodies. However, for some mothers, the symptoms of dizziness have not been relieved. Although it is not very serious, it will affect their mood. So, what should you do if you feel dizzy in early pregnancy?

1. Dizziness is a common symptom among pregnant women and does not require treatment. In mild cases, the head feels heavy and the feet feel light-headed, and walking is unstable; in severe cases, the eyes become black and the patient suddenly faints. There are many reasons why pregnant women feel dizzy, often caused by a variety of diseases. Insufficient blood supply, low blood pressure, eating too little, low blood sugar, improper body position, and compression of blood vessels. In addition, anemia is also a cause of dizziness in pregnant women. Pregnant women should usually consume iron-rich foods, such as animal blood, pork liver, lean meat, etc.

2. Many women will feel dizzy, tired, a little lazy, sleepy and uncomfortable in the early stages of pregnancy. Dizziness in early pregnancy is caused by the drop in blood pressure after pregnancy, which leads to insufficient blood supply to the brain and causes dizziness. This condition is a temporary lack of blood supply to the brain. It will gradually improve as the heart rate increases and cardiac output increases, and it will generally return to normal by the 7th month of pregnancy.

3. It is common for pregnant mothers to feel light-headed or dizzy occasionally. After pregnancy, the pregnant mother's cardiovascular system undergoes tremendous changes: in the late pregnancy, the body's blood volume increases by about 30% to 50%, the heart rate increases, the amount of blood pumping per minute increases, blood vessels dilate, and resistance decreases. Under normal circumstances, the mother's blood pressure will gradually decrease in the early stages of pregnancy, reach its lowest point in the second half of pregnancy, and then begin to rise, returning to normal levels by the end of the pregnancy. You must pay attention to rest, eat regularly, and have comprehensive nutrition.
