4. Other personal factors: premenstrual tension, anxiety, irritability, insomnia and bad eating and living habits may also be one of the causes of inducing or aggravating acne. When it comes to acne during menstruation, it must not be treated the same as ordinary acne during the treatment process. While removing acne, you must pay attention to the regulation of the female endocrine system. Only when the endocrine system is balanced can you control the growth of new acne.
