Height and weight standard for three-year-old girls

Height and weight standard for three-year-old girls

After a child is born, the mother is very concerned about the child's every move, especially the child's growth and development, which is very important to every family. At different stages of a child's growth, the growth and weight of the child may be different. If it is within the normal range, there is no need to worry. What is the normal height and weight standard for a 3-year-old child?

Standard height and weight for three-year-old girls

Generally speaking, the growth and development standards of 3-year-old boys and girls are different. The height of 3-year-old boys should be within 109.4cm and the weight should be within 20.64kg; the height of 3-year-old girls should be within 108.1cm and the weight should be within 20.15kg.

Although mothers can usually observe the baby's height and weight to judge whether the child's body is healthy, each baby's physical condition is different, so the growth and development standards will also be different, but as long as the child's growth and development is within the normal range, it is normal.

When mothers measure the weight of their children, it is best to measure the weight when the baby is fasting. Measuring the weight on an empty stomach will lead to large errors. When measuring a child's height, the best time is usually in the morning. Measuring height at noon can cause some babies to be tired, which can cause pressure on the cervical vertebrae and lead to inaccurate measurement results.

Basic regularity of body length growth index values

Body length is the sum of the lengths of fingers, torso, and limbs, and the proportions of the three are different in different stages of the baby.

The average length of a baby at birth is about 50 cm.

The body length grows faster in the first year, with an average increase of 2.5 cm per month from January to June, and an average increase of 1.5 cm per month from July to December. At the age of 14, it is 25 cm longer than at birth, which is about 1.5 times the length at birth. In the second year after birth, the baby's body length growth rate begins to slow down, increasing only 10-12 cm throughout the year. From the age of 2 until puberty, the baby's body length increases by an average of 6-7 cm each year. The younger you are, the larger the proportion of your head and upper body is. As you age, your lower body grows faster than your upper body. Calculation method for body length of baby aged 2-7 years old = age x periodontal length 5-75 cm.

Method of predicting adult height by using child's body length

1. Male height = body length at birth (cm) × 0.2949; Female height = body length at birth (cm) × 0.3109. Please note that this formula is only applicable to normal full-term newborns; if the body length data can be measured accurately to 0.1 cm, the height prediction will be more accurate.

2. Male height = 3-year-old height periodontal 0.545 Dad and mom's height standard periodontal 0.544 37.69 (cm); Female height = 3-year-old height periodontal 0.545 Dad and mom's height standard periodontal 0.544 25.63 (cm), body standard height and weight index formula calculation (genetic inheritance law)

Male height = (father's height mother's height) periodontal 1.08 obstetrics and gynecology 2 (cm)

Female height = (father's height x 0.923 mother's height) x 2 (cm)

The calculation of the formula roughly conforms to the cell biology standard of "height plus width produces height, height plus dwarfism produces height, dwarfism plus dwarfism produces dwarfism".
